Ranked by fit, explained in words.
Every result says why.
How results are ordered, what a result card tells you, and what happens when nothing fits.
How results are ordered
Results are sorted by fit. Fit is worked out from the skills, availability, rate, location and the brief you gave, so the profile at the top is the one that matches the most of what you asked for.
What a result card shows
What is missing, said plainly
A near match can be the right person: someone excellent who starts two weeks later, or whose rate is a little above budget. The gap is written on the card so you decide knowingly, rather than finding out in the first call.
When nothing matches
FreelanX never fills an empty page with invented profiles. It says that nothing matches and points to the criterion that excludes the most results, so you can relax it.
Compare up to three
Save profiles as you browse, then compare up to three side by side on fit, rate, availability, badge and the reason each one fits.
