When the company approves it, or automatically after 5 business days without an answer. The company paid it before the work started, at order or for that milestone, and FreelanX holds it until then.

FreelanX starts a mediation within 5 business days of a problem raised on a milestone.

Yes. An invoice is issued automatically for each payment.
