Pay and get paid, in the open.
Companies pay upfront for days, a milestone or hours. Freelancers are paid at every approval. Payments go through FreelanX, with an invoice at each step.
Paid upfront, the invoice is issued
By the company, or after 5 business days
To the freelancer’s balance, after the 5% fee
1–3 business days after a withdrawal
Pay for the work the way it’s done.
Pick one to see it. Each payment gets its own invoice.
You pay a block of days upfront. The freelancer declares the days worked, you approve them, and they are paid. Days you don’t use are refunded.
Each milestone is paid before it starts. The freelancer submits the work, you approve it or ask for changes, and the milestone is paid.
You pay a block of hours upfront. The freelancer logs the hours each week, you approve them, and they are paid. Hours you don’t use are refunded.
