Paying
For a fixed-price mission, the company pays the whole contract when it is signed, or funds each milestone before work on it starts. Either way, FreelanX holds the money and releases each milestone to the freelancer when it is approved. For an hourly mission, the company pays a block of hours upfront and can top it up at any time.
It is approved automatically after 5 business days, and the payment is released to the freelancer.
