What to report
A fake profile, or someone pretending to be someone else

How to report
Use the Report link on the profile, mission or message concerned, or the form below. Say what happened and add the link if you have it: it helps the person who reads it act faster.
You can also write to support@freelanx.com.
What happens next
A person on the FreelanX team reviews the report and may ask you for details. Depending on what they find, nothing may need to change, content may be edited or removed, or an account may be warned, restricted or closed. You are told what was decided.
Reports and disagreements are different
A disagreement about a milestone is not a report. Raise a problem on the milestone instead: FreelanX starts a mediation within 5 business days. Without an answer from the company, a milestone is approved automatically after 5 business days.
