When you sign up
We keep your account details: name, email, password, country, language and role. They are used to run your account and keep it secure.
When you search and use FreelanX AI
Your request is used to find profiles or missions that exist on FreelanX and to explain why they fit. FreelanX AI does not decide for you: nothing is sent, signed or paid without your approval.
When you work on a mission
The other party sees what is needed for the mission: your profile, your messages, the contract, the files and the milestones. Your email and phone are shared only after a signed mission, and your family name is never shown on a profile.
When you pay or get paid
Invoices, amounts and payout details are kept for accounting and tax. Card details are handled by our payment processor and not stored by FreelanX.
When you leave
Export your data, then delete your account from your settings, at any time. Account and profile data are kept for 3 years after the account closes, then deleted or anonymized; invoices and accounting records for 6 years, or longer where local tax law requires.
