Contract signed

Scope, milestones and amounts are set and signed online, before any work starts.

What protects you

Nothing is signed without your explicit approval. You set each milestone and its price.

You know every amount before you start. Intellectual property transfers on payment of each milestone, and the terms can be adjusted before signing.

Milestone submitted

The freelancer delivers the milestone and submits it. The client is notified.

You review the delivery before the milestone is approved.

The client approves the milestone.

Approve when the work matches the scope. If you disagree, mediation starts within 5 working days.

Payment and invoice

FreelanX pays the freelancer and issues one invoice per payment, automatically.

What protects you

5% per payment, no subscription and no contract fee. One invoice per payment, in USD, EUR or GBP. VAT or local taxes are added where they apply.

5% on payments from clients found on FreelanX, 1% with clients you bring yourself.

The freelancer withdraws to their bank account.
