Your account

Turn on two-factor authentication from your settings: a code is asked at each new login. Your active sessions are listed there too, and you can sign out of any of them.

Your data

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each organization is isolated from the others, and access by the FreelanX team is limited to what is needed to run the service and answer you.

Your money

Payments go through FreelanX. For a fixed-price mission, the money paid by the company, for the whole contract at order or for each milestone before it starts, is held by FreelanX and released at each approved milestone. Card details are handled by our payment processor and not stored by FreelanX.

Never pay or accept a payment outside FreelanX. Report anyone who asks.

FreelanX AI proposes, you confirm. It does not send, sign or pay anything without your approval, including with FreelanX AI+.

If you find a security issue, write to support@freelanx.com with the details and how to reproduce it. Do not access or change other people’s data while testing. A person answers.
