What we collect
AccountName, email, password, country, language, role
ProfileTitle, skills, portfolio, rate, availability, verification documents
MissionsBriefs, proposals, contracts, messages, files, milestones, reviews
PaymentsInvoices, amounts, payout details. Card details are handled by our payment processor and not stored by FreelanX
UsagePages viewed, device, approximate location, cookies
What we use it for
To provide the service you asked for, to keep accounts safe and prevent fraud, to meet tax, accounting and employment obligations and, only with your consent, to send product news. FreelanX does not sell personal data.
FreelanX AI uses your request and FreelanX data to return profiles or missions that exist. Nothing is sent, signed or paid without your approval.
Export
From your settings, request a copy of the data you shared. It is prepared and made ready to download.
Delete
You can delete your account at any time from your settings. Some records must be kept for a period set by law, such as invoices; everything else is deleted or anonymized.
How long we keep it
Account and profileWhile your account is open and for 3 years after it closes, then deleted or anonymized
Invoices and accounting records6 years, or longer where local tax law requires
Employment records (FreelanX EOR)As long as local employment law requires

Your rights
