You will be employed by FreelanX EOR in [Country of employment] ([local FreelanX EOR entity name, registered number and address]), the employer of record, and you will carry out your work for [Company] (the "Client"), which directs your day-to-day work.
1.1 FreelanX EOR is your legal employer. It signs your employment contract, pays your salary, withholds and pays taxes and social security contributions, and provides the benefits required by the law of [Country of employment].
1.2 The Client directs and supervises your day-to-day work, and you report to [Reports to]. The Client does not become your employer.
2.1 Your expected start date is [Start], subject to clause 7.
2.2 Your place of work is [Where]. You may not work from another country without prior written approval, because tax, social security and immigration rules depend on where the work is done.
3.1 Your gross annual salary is [Gross annual salary], paid [monthly] in arrears in [currency], less the deductions required by law.
3.2 [Variable pay, allowances or a 13th/14th month salary where the law or the applicable collective agreement provides for it.]

5.2 During and after probation, notice periods are those set out in your employment contract, which follow the law of [Country of employment] and any applicable collective agreement.

This offer is conditional on:
- your right to work in [Country of employment]. Where you need a work permit or visa, FreelanX EOR can sponsor it, and your start date depends on its grant;

- you signing the local employment contract issued by FreelanX EOR, which will set out all the terms of your employment. If this letter and the employment contract differ, the employment contract prevails.
Your employment contract will include confidentiality obligations and provisions on intellectual property created in the course of your work, in line with the law of [Country of employment].
